Is there a minimum time commitment?

We recommend a 2 hours clean for your first booking. This enables us to become familiar with your property, and consult with you about what areas your require the  most focus.

 

Do I  need to provide supplies and equipment?

Where possible, we will use your mop and vacuum cleaner, or we add a £20 charge if you need us to bring those along.
We supply our own cleaning products, however if you have any specific health and allergy requirements, we will be happy to use products you provide.

What if I need to re-arrange a visit?

Life throws curve balls- we get it! We are happy to work round your schedule. We gratefully ask for 48 hours of any changes to your booked appointment.
